ДЕРЕВООБРАБОТКА-2016 (США) День 1 / Woodworking Show 2016 (USA) Day 1

Hello friends! I am at Woodworking Show 2016 in Baltimore, MD (USA) OK, let's start with looking at Powermatic tools and their drill press I liked its oversized table electronic speed control you would see your speed here Nice, steady fence. It glides well nice finish and winches the mechanism works nicely The planer has the helical head on board The head works well and very quietly and their famous bandsaw It has a nice oversized table with this fence just like on their table saw and this is the throat adjustment It comes with the quick blade tension release It has the blade brake pedal and the wheels This is their sanding machine I guess it is about 20 inches wide speed control and the thickness adjustment dust collection We can see Jet here.

It is the step down from their premium brand Powermatic This is the latest model of Jet's popular mini lathe It has an electronic speed control I really liked that mini cyclone dust collection system It has a drum on this side the handle helps to shake down the dust the black bucket on the left collects larger debries 1 1/2 HP This is the brand famous for making safer table saws if the blade comes into contact with your finger, it instantly stops… This is their contractor size model $1200 Just like its big brother it has the finger saving feature there is a storage compartment for the paddles etc onboard and their cabinet maker model Here you can see how their system works when the blade comes into contact with blood, it changes resistance in the loop and the system instantly commands the blade to drop under the table's surface to get stuck in that aluminum block each cartridge obviously works only once The fence is of the highest quality! it also has a nice measuring ruler there awesome! I loved that miter system I asked the rep to show me how it works it costs $1000 You can see how far it can slide back! very nice! It is the best ducting in the world!:) these are the manual and automatic gates it opens and closes upon demand different fittings I loved that joint fitting! that is the spark catcher say, if you want to hook your metal grinder to the system Kreg Most people know them for their blue pocket hole jig as you can see they make a lot of other things for example, these excellent router tables this is the small version and the full size version that I own and love! $599 Next exposition is Grex I know them more for their pneumatic nail guns but they also make other pneumatic tools sanders It is not a cheap brand for example, Grex 23 gauge gun would be $300-400 they even make this type of compact spray systems about $500 this is the dust hood for the drill press works pretty good I can still see a few shavings escaping but not many Bosch I will try to get all the updates from the reps Their multitools that one is pretty powerful my hand started to shake like crazy 2016 miter saw model…

Routers… I will show the latest models in a minute This is their new blue tooth enabled radio I also wanted to get some info on these guys I don't know if these tools are the latest models I think I saw these models before, but the one presented by the rep is their latest model some are battery powered this is their old model and the routers…

Next booth is Makita tools their miter saws Latest model… I don't think these tools are new for 2016 If you know write it in the comment section please I liked this double battery circular saw I like this baby router This model (Ally Mello) will be here tomorrow (you can see her in Day2 video) It is also a popular company here Probably 3d or 4th place after Makita and Dewalt Ironically, Dewalt was not here Fein this brand is more popular in Europe not so much here Their multitool is the only well know Fein tool here, I'd say even though it is an old brand and inveted the power drills if I am not mistaking Circular saw guide system Triton… not very famous but they make great routers Workcenter (their new product) I came to check it for myself you can see how this module comes out I was not particularly impressed by the stand itself it felt a bit shaky to me I guess it is good for some applications though taking it to the job site etc That clamping station impressed me more and a stand And I loved that 7 inch beast! It is wider than my 6 inch Powermatic jointer…:) Here are their great routers they are very router-table -friendly" there are a few models but they all have that cool adjustment system in other words you don't need to buy the lift Aborotech…

this is the new attachment they advertised and some other attachments… this is the new attachment I was talking about. $90 Pantorouter made of aluminum (there will be a separate video with the explanation on who made it). In short, It was not Mattias I saw Frank Howarth using this model for one of his videos He inlayed one of his large bowls using this machine So, all in all, this machine is quite universal 4 way clamping system… and some misc. products… Bessey clamps dust collection fittings all kind of sizes… nice router bit holders some sanding belts… I liked that miter system nicely made both sides can be used independently or together interesting idea "dovetail" system?:) OK, I also taped some woodworking classes I will upload them a bit later will be here tomorrow 😉 and then will also tape the day 3 Thank you for watching. Good-bye!.
